Default wtb: Turbo race miata, almost fully sorted

Hi,

I am looking for a turbo miata that is fully sorted mechanically. I live in an area where mechanics charge $100/hr, and I just had a baby, so I am forced to buy something that has to be close to perfect in the mechanicals department.

Summary
Mechanicals: fully sorted
Body: could even be a write off, don't really care, but must not need work now, ie: no fenders to put on, etc.
Prefer 90-93, due to importing to canada laws. But will look at others.
Interior: prefer most things working, but don't want bling/stereos, etc, cause I am just going to toss it in the garbage.
I can tolerate some work required here and bad seats, etc for everything but the dash cluster.

Wants:
1
preferably west coast, but I will ship if need be.
2
prefer FM kits (for durability), or very well sorted DIY's.
3
fully adjustable coilovers or more race oriented track suspensions
4
rear end ltd slip, or built up

ideally, something like this, but 90-93, and about 5-10K less $$.

Check PM, something just like that but with more HP and less money.
