Hey, I have most of what you are interested in. Last year I pulled the msm turbo bits off my msm swapped NA and upgraded to the tse borgwarner kit.
Parts I have:
Oem manifold
Msm turbo, it worked fine when removed, just wanted moar boost!
msm turbo outlet
FM msm downpipe with high flow cat
Enthuza msm midpipe and XR exhaust that had the tip and brackets modified to fit an NA
msm intercooler (if you really want it...)
I have the turbo side coolant supply fitting and hard line (banjo bolt) but cut the block side fitting off to use on my current setup
I have the oem oil drain fitting but this mates to the msm specific oil pan which I also am still using.
I have the turbo side coolant outlet fitting but re-used the msm heater tube which has the added bung for the coolant outlet.

here are photos of the parts i have, i didn't find the coolant supply pipe, i cut the block side banjo off the hard line to re-use for my coolant feed. the turbo side is also a banjo bolt, same size/thread as the coolant outlet fitting.
I also have a box of small diameter (2" i think) hot and cold side tubing that was used for the previous install, most was modified from the factory tubing.
