WTB: Intercooler and piping
Looking to buy an intercooler and piping setup for a 90 NA with 1.8 VVT, PS and AC. I'm using a BEGI cast manifold and a GT2560R on the exhaust side. Goal is 250hp.
I'm running a MAF, so will need a recirc valve instead of blowoff. I already have a Bosch plastic recirc valve or the old style FM giant aluminum valve to choose from. If I have to fab the recirc portion, I can figure it out.
Really looking for something well thought out and welded together - not an ebay coupler and tubing kit that has been hacked together. Basically looking for an FM or BEGI piping setup and a decent intercooler.
Wut U got?

It turns out I had a lot more leftover than I remembered. There is a CXRacing intercooler (28x5.5x2.5), 2 silicone couplers (plus random rubber ones), 1 90 degree silicone elbow, 4 t-bolt clamps, the crossover tube for recirc and a metal intake elbow with a boss for the recirc. The other side of the intercooler was painted black and has the usual bent fins just from being a used intercooler.
Regarding the fitment of the metal turbo to intercooler pipe...I stumbled on a good deal for a FM silicone version and just ran with that, so this one was never put on my car. However I did compare the two side by side and I do remember they seemed very similar, if not exactly the same. So I would think that it would clear your PS and AC, but since I never tried it I guess I can't 100% promise it will work with your setup. Just trying to be upfront.
So this is a great start towards a complete setup. You'd still need to find most everything on the cold side of the intercooler though, because that's what I ended up using on my car.
How about $75 plus actual shipping?
