I'm getting ready to swap my soft top, and since my old NA frame is jacked up, I'm swapping in a NB frame too. I just noticed that whoever pulled this frame cut the two webbing straps that go from the rearmost support bar to the bolts that hold on the rain rail.
Does anyone have an old NB frame they can cannibalize? I think you'd just have to drill out the rivets (4 total) that fasten the straps to the frame.
Conversely, maybe someone could take a couple measurements/pics so I could fabricate them. Shoot, that should be worth some beer money.
Let me look around my shop, I’m sure I’ve got a new set. If not I can easily get them.
do you still have these new around your shop?? I bought a miata nb with a robbins top that was installed w/o the webbing straps... so I've gotta remove & reinstall the top, completely...
...also I'm sorry for bumping an old thread...
