Obviously would want title and it to be as clean as possible. Doesn't need to be rolling but want a rust-free, no damage clean shell.

Doesn't have to be the prettiest paint either, but the less dents and so forth the better. I am located in Southern NJ but will be willing to travel and/or have it shipped if the deal is reasonable.
