You don't need rca out. You just need a headphone to rca adapter.

No RCA out, so you'll still have to use an adapter. But if you need an external card here it is. Best estimate is that it's worth about $50 (per an ebay auction ending in 30 min). I'll sell it to ya for $40 + shipping.
I don't have the original USB cable, but I'm fairly sure I have a compatible one I can throw in with it.
I'll have to find the little plastic stands for mounting it on it's side, I think I know where they are but I haven't actually looked for them.
It's pretty dusty, but there are no obvious crapes or scuffs on the case, should clean up to look new.
Power cable for it is at work, so it will take me an extra day after payment to get it ready to ship.
*edit* Oh yeah, and it's big. 8" x 8" x 1.75"
