Question Track build rear driver side locked up?

I've had a build going for a while now and it just sits in the same spot but I went to roll it the other day and relized the rear driver's side is locked up either due to the caliper or the e-brake. Just wondering if this is common at all and if anyone knows what it is off the top of their head so I dont have to do as much digging on it.

Facts:
-Goodwin 1.6 BBK (Stock rear caliper)
-never been driven on

Pretty common, but usally more often the rear passenger's side. Anyway if you reach around to the caliper and mess with the lever the e-brake cable attaches to (which is what usually seizes up), you likely will be able to make it pop loose so you can roll it around. My NA had the same issue after it sat for a while during my build, so I grabbed a used caliper from one of the parts vendors and was good to go. I tried using PB Blaster on it, but it never helped prevent it from happening again.

Cool, so I should just pick up another caliper and be done with it?

Probably. It might be able to be rebuilt to fix the issue, but I never looked into because the replacement caliper was around $25.
