Ah good point. I thought he was asking about BX11. @vintagerust answers are different for BX1175, so shoot us an email with any questions specific to your build. Info@949racing.com

Just read through this whole thread and really enjoyed all the detailed info!
I've got a few questions though:
I've got a few questions though:
- You said the box mount setup helps reduce pad knock-back, how does it do that? I thought knock back was caused by weak spindles or bad hubs that flex under lateral load.
- With 205 200tw tires and no downforce, should I even be concerned about knock-back?
- The rear two piece lightweight rotors you mentioned, will they be for OEM calipers?
- For my specific setup, (NA8, 200whp, 2380lbs with me in it, 205 200tw, no downforce, porterfield R4S pads front and back, HPDE use, willwood prop valve) will NA8/NB1 rear brakes be a good balance, or could i use more rear brake and swap to sport rotors?

2. Knock back can happen with big kerb hit or dropping wheel off track edge, even without sticky tires. But I wouldn't focus on that parameter for your build.
3. Just a concept at this point, no product.
4. With a BX11 up front, NA8 rears are plenty

Installed mine the other day and install/fitment was great!
The only "issue" I ran into that not everyone may run into is that if you're using the quick release pins with G-Loc pads, you'll need to file down a little notch so the pins can fully reset to the down and locked position. The pad backing is a bit too tall and prevent the clip from closing fully.
Fits (just barely) behind the 95 M-Edition BBS wheels with a 5mm spacer.
Excited for when the ducts get released for the BX11 to complete the setup!

This product is worth a bump. I now have 4 track days and 4 time attack races on my BX11's and they are absolutely killing it for me. I just finished our hottest event of the year here in the AZ desert, and never noticed any brake fade after 2x 20 minute sessions of heat abuse. I'm using R8 pads and RPF600 fluid, and no ducts. This kit is excellent.
