Default Poking the dead horse - Bushings and control arms

Ok, so i know this has been discussed about 1000 times, but not finding exactly what I'm looking for. So right now my car has Poly bushings that were installed by the previous owner. They seem to be either installed wonky or not made well as there is significant preload on them when the arm bolts are tightened. I'd like to get this car on track soon, so I'm weighing options. Car is a track only car, and will never be street driven.

1) Sadfab - Haven't been able to get a hold of him, Delrin option still uses poly pushing on lower arms. Does this really matter?
2) Keisler Automation - Full spherical bearings. Not a ton of information on these. I've read about issues with some of their products, but these seem to be fairly solid? He's traveling for 3 weeks, so this option isn't available for a month. Sperical bearings seem like a good idea, but don't want headaches either.
3) ISC - Mix of spherical bearings on the lower arms and Delrin everywhere else. I have to ship the arms from CA to FL, otherwise seems like a reasonable option.
4) V8R Pro arms - V8R's reputation is pretty iffy, but the current version of these seem to solid??? Most expensive option, but does save some weight and adds 50hp because cool.

Any other options, and thoughts? Money isn't the main driving factor, I really want something that is as bulletproof as possible.

Have you read the bushing megathread?

You need the poly in the lower arms because of mis alignment.

Poly bushings bind a **** ton. thats why Sadfab has the poly retrofit.

What is your goal? Whats your current suspension setup?

If you just want bulletproof get the V8R lower arms with sphericals and billet upper arms.

A1 Ground Control Nylatron bushings also seem to be worth looking into. I believe there is a youtube video floating around somewhere showing how freely the control arms move after these are installed/torqued down.

Yep, I've read the megathread, and understand the reason for the need of either a Poly or spherical on the lower inner due to misalignment. That and the fact that the Poly's I have are wonky is the reason I'm going to change.

I did look at the Nylatron ones, but I don't see how they wouldn't have the same binding issue on the lower arms due to misalignment unless I'm missing something. All the other locations I'd assume would work the same as Delrin.

The goal is Nasa STx racing, Speedventures Super GT, and maybe some SCCA racing in Norcal from time to time, along with a lot of just going out and having fun at track days. Shocks are Xida's, supermiata sways, NB subrames, etc...

Car is full aero, 15x10, Hoosier's, etc...

if your car were mine, I would look into reusing your poly bits and replacing your sleeves with the SadFab bronze sleeves.

I'm not sure Sadfab is making them right now.
