I was looking for awhile if something was released regarding DIY brake duct solution.
Since I haven't seen any 3d printed solution, here's mine. It goes on mk2.5 with fog light on front bumper.
I'm putting it here if some of you would like to make some brake duct where the fight lights usually go.
It fit with 65mm silicone hose (that's 2.56" in inches)
I've made mine in PETG with Ender3 printer, it seems to hold fine. Time will tell.
It is designed in 2 pieces to avoid back-draft (or kind of) during printing process. It allows to use grid/shield in between both pieces to prevent rocks to go thru.

Rivets are just for picture. They have to be replaced with 3 screws (5mm) on vehicle.
The grid I've used is too dense, it is very restrictive. I need something lighter but you've got the concept
