Default FM stage 2 or act clutch?

Hey guys, so im running a boosted 94, with a stock 5 speed, and am ready to throw in my new 6 speed, but want to upgrade my clutch while im at it. I currently have an excedy stage 2 clutch, but beat on it hard constantly and noticed it starting to smell and get hot at the end of last season. My buddy has a disk from a stage 2 flyin miata kit that he is willing to sell me for super cheap, or a brand new ACT organic material disk that he is willing to sell for decently cheap. which one do you guys reccomend? im gonna be pushing around 220 horsepower, could i get away with keeping the pressure plate from my excedy kit for a while or should i upgrade? keep in mind that i will be kicking the crap out of the clutch often.

So you are planning on using either disk with the pressure plate you already have? I personally would go FM2, but either should work fine.

I was planning on using the new disk with my existing pressure plate, however i was asking:
1: which disk you recommended
2: should i go ahead and buy a new pressure plate that is designed for the new clutch disk

the flyin miata disk is barely used and my buddy will give it to me for 50 bucks, the act is brand new and i could get it from him for 100.
