Everything upside down and expensive in Australia

@Beavis
Its pretty good although ive only driven with it on for about 4 hours or so in traffic and a heap of pulls. install was simple, access to manifold and turbo studs was easy enough to get to with a ring spanner.
Ive got the manifold hot to the point where its discolored and water beads off it several times and gone through heaps of heat cycles in that 4 hours. although I would heavily suggest inconel studs as the stainless ones provided didn't last long at all.
You cant have the outlet of a t28 pointing directly vertical due to it interfering with body. ive clocked it about 20~30 degrees from vertical to clear the chassis and radiator hoses on the na chassis.
the 5 bolt to vband adapter he sells does interfere with the stock heatercore hose placement but is simply fixed by bending it out of the way, its not the adapter itself its the added circumference of the vband that makes contact.
The oil supply hoses and fittings provided are unknown and was never answered to what type or brand they where so i had to adapt it to what i needed.

Well its been abit since my last update because ive been waiting on a couple of things but now theyve come and its time to post
-gfb3 boost controller
-turbosmart fpr1200
-ls2 coils wired up
-50amp fuel pump relay
-bkr7e spark plugs
-compression test
Mounted the boost controller on one of those little things next to the steering wheel, and siliconed it on so its easily clips into place without ruining the dash itself.
Picked up a turbosmart fpr1200 with barb fittings and set to 40psi at atmos; its a 1:1 rising regulator so it should give me a nice stable fuel pressure on boost. It's just tekscrewed it into the firewall but looks neat so i guess it went together easy enough.
Ls2 coil harness wired into the depinned igniter connector and a plug and play fuel pump relay upgrade, both thanks to Bartune.
bkr7e plugs because why not.
Did a compression test and got ~160psi across the board, I'm pretty happy with that since its bored to 84mm without increasing the stroke
Coming up on the to do list to:
Walbro 255lph pump install
new fuel filter install
fix up inter cooler piping and bead it
lagging around copper coolant tube
get to 1000kms and finish break in then swap to full synth oil, (probs 10w40)
empty tank and fill with e85 and drive around for abit
4bar map sensor install (2.5bar current)
get tuned on e85 only because there's a nice station 10 mins away fro
Old relay
50amp generic relay with pnp loom

Got the Fuel pump in, had to cut off this weird female oring connector thing but went together pretty easily then drove around with autotune of for abit.
Picked up a mazda gtx valve cover with some rough paint that i traded for a set of valve stem seals I had laying around, Still unsure if ill polish or paint it.
Got a Motorola absolute 4 bar map sensor, cant get the config for megasquirt since the calibration isnt listen on the site i bought it off for 5v and 0v. so I'm hoping one of you guys can help me with the math since algebra was not my strong point at all, They've given me 4.8V @ 400kpa and 0.2V @ 20kpa (-80kpa from atmosphere) so from my understanding it's V4.800 = 400, V0.200 = 20 . What does V5.0 and V0.0

Ended up figuring out the values thanks to Bartunes help.
While I havent really been motivated to do much on the car itself i thought it would be fun to work on the valve cover.
Here what I got as a end result, which isnt too crap considering ive only put about 50 bucks into paint and an fittings.

Its been a couple of months since my last update so lets go over it
- Ive ditched the ls2 coils because both sets that i bought of a "reputable source" where faulty, bought msd superconductor leads in the hopes it would work but no luck so just ended up switching to toyota cops which isnt too bad because now i can get past 8 psi and have a working tach
- Made up a aluminum hot side intercooler piping because i wasn't happy with the previous setup
- an6 main vaccume/boost line from the intake manifold to the vacuum manifold
- changed the fuel filter and rubber lines under the car to some nice gates barricade e85 safe hose
-changed to full synth oil since ive hit 2000kms and to get it ready for the dyno
So once I did all that i took it to the tuner, it was a hour drive up north but it was a super nice drive, dropped it off on a Saturday and its currently Friday ready to pick up tomorrow. its been the scariest couple of days wondering weather or not its going to **** itself up there
thankfully the only call i got was to tell me that he maxed out the ev14 1000cc injectors (54psi base pressure) and the clutch masters 6 puck clutch started to slip with more torque
On to the end results
246.8rwkw 670nm @22psi for you Americans thats 331whp and 494ftlbs @19psi
Cant wait to drive it and see how it feels to drive something fast considering the fastest thing ive driven is a 300hp legacy wagon.
Honestly the quest for more power has already begun even though i haven driven the car yet. already looking at 2000cc injectors, twin pump, transmission upgrade ect.

Long Time no Post. life take too long to get **** done.
Update, gtx2867 too small, got a gtx3582 gen2, painted the car in the most disgusting color I could think of, Got a doge cluster. yet to fit twin plate, turbo2 calipers. have a custom 85amp alternator to go in, fit oil monitoring gear, need to order the gear to do the -10 fuel system, get new 272 cams in, and im sure eventually ill be sorting out the drive train and ordering danger to manifold in a bottle. screamer sounds crazy on gate and seals well when closed. due to style of rear housing
