My 2001 Italian Stallion money pit build

So I spent all day yesterday addressing little issues here and there.
replaced stuck open 180* thermostat (more on what this entailed in a bit)
Put in a missing engine mount bolt, courtesy of Shibby
Cleaned and greased the socket and pushrod of the clutch slave cylinder it was SQUACKIN LIKE A BIATCH (oh so nice to have only the meek purr of a happy miata engine)
Aaaaand spent 5 hours driving too and from the hardware store and draining and filling the coolant!
Both! drain plugs in the supermiata radiator had completely seized and broken threads. I had to use a massive wrench to get them out, drilled and tapped for new thread inserts, and used m10x1.5 socket cap screws (8mm hex drive) with new thick o rings as replacements. Pics!
Custom drill protection!
Finished product (drivers side is identical), next morning after a hard drive, no leaks!

And then noticed absolutely zero difference other than a slight increase in diff whine transmitted into cabin. Driveline still felt like a loose floppy donger. I have not noticed a single modicum of increased driveline noise in poly vs. delrin in that location in every car i've built since.
I put delrin diff bushings in my DD.

No they are not identical. I made my flange quite a bit thicker like it should have been because I don't like to ignore geometry etc. My diff bushings are better in every way.
