Yesterday I opened bottom end to check for a strange clicking sound that varies with load, tured out main bearings are scratched, but the crank is good. Tomorrow new bearings will arrive, so I can install a new oil pump (old one was damaged)

Can you shoot a picture of those scratched mains for reference? I had mains that developed a knock last year and pulled and replaced. The thing that was really surprising was how little damage there was. I didn't measure the gap back then, it must have simply been out of spec.
Any ideas for why you had scratched mains so soon after your new build? Insufficient cleaning? Didn't change the oil directly after a short run (20-30miles?)?

Now I put a set of ACL race +0.25, the crank has to be machined by 0.20 instead of 0.25 to have 0.4mm of clearance, I also shaved the block to reach 0.8mm of quench and reassembled everything.
Result, after a street tune (dyno is busy until next week): it spins 4th gear, the power is good

Another little update: some weeks ago I got a precision 600hp intercooler (this thing is HUGE) and a set of vs-855 volvo springs. Today I installed the springs with the engine installed (compressed air) but the difference in power was minimal (gained around 30whp) mainly because the internal wastegate of the efr seems to leak passed 20psi, so it's time to delete it and go external
I'm just concerned about the 600hp intercooler... seems really massive, I honestly doubt it will fit without any sorta of cut
Does anyone have pic of it installed?

Sad to say, I'm parting out everything these days, the car will return stock
I've got no issues (except another 6spd gearbox, this time second gear exploded, and another r&p), the car runs like it has 420HP but it's time for me to turn back to naturally aspirated
sooo if anybody wants something I will be listing everything here in the classifields
