Efihardware.com e85 compatible fueltank bulkhead connectors - $26(pair) plus shipping
See here:
https://www.efihardware.com/products...head-terminals
I was a bonehead and only bought one connector. I had to pay almost $20 for shipping to the U.S. so before I order more, I am just looking to see if anyone else wants some of these. I can ship them flat rate envelope (to you) when they arrive.
They sell for $15 australian dollars each, so figure about $26 US dollars plus shipping from Illinois?
Q&A:
Why do you want these? A: to upgrade your fuel pump to use heavy grade (8-10ga wiring) and bypass your stock connector.
Is that really necessary? A: Probably not. But I am copying Savington's build for the most part, and it's the most elegant solution I have found thus far.
Can I source these parts locally for much less money? YES (Probably). The problem is I haven't found a supplier that can verify that the internal components to this bulkhead connector are e85 compatible. If you can find a source for all the parts locally I would be happy to cancel my order and buy through you. Heck, I'll even pay the same price and not pay to ship them from Australia.
When will I be placing my order? A: How about Sunday the 11th of February? I will commit to waiting that long. If a significant number of people are interested I will make two orders but if nobody expresses interest I won't wait any longer than next Sunday.
When will I expect to receive my parts? A: I had my last shipment sent via international post which took seven days from the time of my order to arrive at my post office. Add a day for me to get my **** together and figure a couple days on top of that for the part to arrive wherever you are. Figure just under two weeks from when I place my order? I think I can hit that number.

As I mentioned in my original post, if you have a source for the same materials I am more than happy to buy stateside. I just don't have the time nor the expertise to source or fabricate it myself.

Ok, so it's more expensive (but not per fastener). How does this look as an alternative?
Electrical Bulkhead Stud Kit, 6 Pack
If I use that connector instead I can offer two people a pair for $20 plus shipping?
EDIT: Already ordered. Bahurd, if you want a pair of the radium bulkhead studs let me know.

Yeah, I saw that. I wasn't sure what the thickness was on the Miata fuel pump hangar(?). I figure I can find a way around the thickness thing. If not I can just donate them to a friend who has a fabrication shop and he might be able to use them at some point.

This might be an option too. Bulkhead fitting it can be bored out slightly to accept 10gauge wire or tefzel wire if desired.
