Good question. I can't see product development continuing if initial testing was not better than stock. Otherwise, the part would have died with the supercharger kit. I was not directly involved on initial testing years ago, and I do not see the answer in my notes. I will talk to the person who was involved with testing to see if I can find out. Give me a couple of days to get back to you on this.

I was able to speak to the person who helped develop the kit. The Fuel Delivery Kit does flow more than the stock set up. The size of the lines have a combined flow area that is significantly more than stock. How much difference in flow is the data that is unknown because I do not know what the flow is on OEM parts. I know sizes of fuel lines, but would need more info on lengths of lines and fuel rail ID to get closer to what the final "difference" number actually is. Initial testing was done almost 9 years ago, so he was not able to recall more specifics, sorry.
That all said, It is not until just over 300 hp that the stock lines become restrictive. The very first Full E85 fuel delivery kit we installed & dyno'd at 380 whp had no issues. We ran -6 lines from the tank and used VP Racing E85 (because pump E85 could not provide the desired ethanol content).

The Fuel Delivery kit is a replacement for the fuel rail.
