Found out another one is registered, it's an NC in Enthusiast, so count is now up to 12, possibly 13, with all four generations represented. If the driver limit is capped at 80 again like last year, so far Miatas make up 15% of the field.

Not sure about Cuong Tran, but I suspect he could show up again with his rotrex NB in Unlimited. He didn't get much track time last year due to some motor issues but I thiiiink he's been working on sorting that stuff out... his brother Evan also has a J swapped NA that he's been running in some of the local TA stuff. Dunno if either of them are going though.

Our SLB splitter is done and removed. Its maybe 10" outside the 245 A7's and around 8" in front of airdam. GT1000 wing. Pics after we mount it at SLB Supermiata this weekend at ACS so S1 aero went back on. Dyno Tuesday. To keep the transmission alive we will probably cap torque at around 280 and whatever horsepower we can get at that torque level.

Quaife sequential rated at 375 BHP but we will not have time to install it or the custom-tuned OSD can differential or a flat bottom or diffuser, EFR6758 or any of the other things we would, if we had time. Still, the car should be very quick. We expect to do 1:46
When we bring Vegas, the new build to Super lap next year it will have all those goodies and more.

Vegas is an S1. We plan to do one or possibly 2
two GTA events next year in it with significantly more prep.
The splitter on Bullet is cheap, perhaps inelegant but effective. Some who see pictures of it not privy to its rather expedient construction, might think it's all we're capable of. I look forward to reactions once time sheets are posted.

Looking very forward to SLB. It sounds cheesy but I think this is the year we collectively put Miatas on the map at this event. Rewind just a few years ago and there wasn't a single Miata at SLB. Frankly, we all are singing the same tune about not having enough time to do half the things we would like to do. Regardless, this year we have some great builds and fast drivers coming out to represent and there are multiple Miata entries in every single class. I love it.
