I'll get the measurements to rotors on Sunday, but the combination of FUCA/ELBJ doesn't have any bearing on RUCA and the camber i was able to get with very mild e-bolt position.
I don't think if i messed up the UCAs by an inch on every corner, that i would have been able to get an alignment on this thing. Also again: This was batshit on stock arms, stock brakes, stock balljoints, stock everything.

my old Miata was a little bit of a stance car 10 years ago (15x8 et0 with 205/50/15's) and with just lowering springs it poked like you pictured but once at ride height it tucked in quite nicely and only rubbed on really tight corners during autocross or if there was a large bump during a corner on the street.

I feel like i'm talking to a wall haha.
The very first pictures of these wheels mounted, the setup i spent many hours trying to get to clear....
Was on stock arms. Stock everything. On the ground. With coilovers. You even quoted the most recent time i pointed that out.
In terms of what i'm going to do about this situation, it doesn't matter at the moment because my brakes are in limbo and until i know what happened or get any further information from Savington/Wilwood, i will not drive the car again. From there, i'm pretty tempted to just make sure the axles are happy, then stop caring about why it's wide and just toss some overfenders at it. Would cover up the crumpled driver rear quarterpanel anyways.

You know how people post on this forum saying that they just did their timing belt, and now the car won't start, but they swear up and down they did the job right?
That example is highly relevant to this thread

I honestly don't know how to make myself any more clear, so i give up.
@Savington, are we waiting on Wilwood for anything? I have a car on jack stands that needs brakes, two track days coming up that i'd really like to attend, and i don't know what to order to ensure that i get something that works/fits. Sorry to sound like a jilted lover, but i have pretty minimal time to spend in the garage with a fairly demanding day job. I just want to finally get this junk on track.

Wheels that measure out proper that fit other peoples cars don't fit OP's but he swears its not his adjustable arms that he setup.
OP, i'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you either measured wrong, have the control arms setup wrong or you have the 1/100,000,000 chance that mazda built your Miata with less fender clearance than the rest of them.

I'll take one last shot at this, just for you. And if you still don't understand, don't post in here anymore about it. I said i moved on, you can, too.
The first time these wheels/tires were on the car, was with 100% stock and original arms, balljoints, brakes, hubs, everything.
The setup at that point looked absolutely nothing like anyone else's did, and didn't look at all like the blue car.
Four people in this very thread including myself saw the car at that point in person. Everyone agreed that it looked wrong.
We were measuring the wheels with the thought that they were wrong far before the adjustable arms ever touched the car.
I've pointed out that the setup had ridiculously bad fitment on 100% stock and original arms, balljoints, brakes, hubs, everything at least 10x in this very thread, three times of which were direct replies to you.
Yes, absolutely, it is now slightly worse with the ELBJs and adjustable arms. The point remains that it was ridiculously bad with 100% stock and original arms, balljoints, brakes, hubs, everything.
Clear? If it's not, don't reply.

And THEN, didn't follow directions.

I remembered a post emilio made about variations in subframes, although the 10mm or so that you seem to have seems like it would be outside the bounds of those variations.

Another crazy thought I've had is that someone installed new wheel bearings and left the inner race stuck on the spindle.

But really, it's ok. The mystery of the wheels is solved as far as i'm concerned.
Now it's just brakes. While i wait to see what to do about brakes for the most-supported platform in existence.

1. Replace the Wilwood rotors up front due to funky wear.
2. Use stock 1.8 calipers with sport rotors in the rear.
3. Use PFC all around.
4. Call it finished.
5. Sign up for a track day.
6. Drink a 40.
