In Which I Build A Street Car
#27
My "race car" is hellapoked and it's beyond disgusting.
15x10s do not fit under anything resembling stock body no matter what anyone says.
All i'm looking for is the "fitment" of the old 15x9 +36 225/45 setup on Hater. Just with 205/50 tires, without gross stretch. Shouldn't be hard.

Ok ok, fine. MY 15x10s don't.
Which... i swear i will get measurements today. Been trying to clean the car before i tear it apart in the garage. Fenders and doors are absolutely destroyed from the brake issues. Don't think it's salvageable. Passenger front wheel also trashed from brake issue. Feels bad.

Car maybe probably might need a fuel pump.
Do we like this one?

I bought the DW100, with some piece of crap sock and then had to shell out a high percentage of the original expenditure to get a stock sock (as the big boys say it's the only one to have).
So, did you get it and did the sock look like a stock sock?
Side note: you can have my NB1 injectors. I will ship them to you for $10 total price.

I didn't get it yet. I think Boileralum has a stock pump laying around that we might slam into the car to see if it works. And if it does, i may very well go ahead and buy the Amazon one anyways. This is a super nice car that we're planning on keeping for a very long time, so i don't mind "baselining" it to a greater extent than i normally would, otherwise.
I would love those injectors. PM incoming!

I originally had the 1.25" bar and switched to the 1.125" bar after recommendations from other users.
It's surprising how much extra room becomes available with the slightly smaller bar - VERY important when it comes to intercooler plumbing routing (cold side in particular).
Also, you'll need the Racing Beat Bolts&Braces kit or chunky sway bar mount brackets with these bars (especially the 1.25" bar) because they'll tear the OEM brackets right off:
Note: This is NOT a Racing Beat sway bar but is a great photo of what will happen to the OEM bracket with a stiffer sway bar.

The RB blocks are a bit of a PITA since you have to take them out if you're trying to use the long bolt method to swap suspension. That said, that PITA is preferable to the PITA in the picture above...
I'm running the 1.125 bar with the blocks.

Thirdgen still has his miata. He just sold all the guts. I got the turbo setup. I think philly miata may have bought one of the shortblocks? I'm not sure.
I didn't know concealer had bought anything.

I'm kind of hesitant to post this, in case I'm still mixed up. But I can only learn.
EDIT: Nope that's Twodoor in MS.
No response needed.
