If I were to make an semi-educated guess, I would say it is probably a smaller t3 used in 80's or 90's turbo cars. Could be anywhere from a 45-60 trim.
Whatever the case, you need to build a turbo kit around this immediately. Even if it doesn't fit any readily available manifolds, you should buy the cheapest ebay one, and take it somewhere and pay someone $200 to weld on the correct flange. Have them make a downpipe for you while they're at it.
Piece together oil and water supply lines out of rubber fuel hose from autozone and pipe fittings from lowes. It should only cost about 20 bucks and you will really love the clean look of black rubber under your hood.
Then you need to get one of those universal ebay intercooler kits, and make as many cuts as you need to in the piping to make it fit. Buy extra couplers, you will need them. Shinier intercoolers reject more heat, so you need a polished one.
You need something to hold all that power, an ebay unsprung 6 puck will work great. Get one for a 1.6 and the 1.6 flywheel. It will make your car revvier.
Finally, engine management. Contact any of the Miata supercharger manufacturers and request power cards. One for fuel, and one for timing. Stacked power cards are the **** yo.
