i have a used Hawley performance reroute spacer with heater hose nipple, Kia waterneck, and stant thermostat all less than a year old. Also comes with a water neck block off plate with hardware and gasket from a m tuned kit. I had to swap from the hawley reroute to the m tuned to allow egr tube clearance for my emissions inspection. Worked great on the track, no leaks once I managed to clean the oem gasket material off the engine. I can include the long section of tube and spring if interested but it is likely too short for this reroute. I used the standard gm hose with the Hawley reroute.
