Still running 10 pounds. I have put the laptop away and just drive it on the reg. So far all is good. If I had to guess maybe high 100s. First gear is roasting regardless of traction. Second holds if it is good dry road. iI haven't had it in a dyno. Waiting for summer to swap the motor and tranny.

There was probably zero damage to the tow truck.
in Oregon you don't have to report accidents to the police under a certain damage value, let alone get them involved at the scene.

After figuring out if you want to go through insurance/their insurance/whathaveyou, look around for part outs local to you and see what you can find and how much it would cost. I'm guessing you're not going to do much with their insurance (or even yours) since you implied that you were at fault, right?

Technically his fault yeah, even if just a simple error. I've done the exact same ting a couple years ago in my daily. Right onto a busy street, didn't see car stopped as I was checking left.
Call me crazy, but I'd rather keep all the hard work of fitting things into the chassis in tact. Pull the bumper and hood off. Really check things out, if it is just the radiator support you're golden. Given the fact that the intercooler looks like untouched it is probably not that bad once you really get into it. Maybe I get too emotionally invested in my chassis
