I'm also in the process of designing the adapter from the s2000 driveshaft to the miata diff. Running through the analysis now for weight optimization. Currently at just under 4lbs in mild steel.

Currently the driveshaft is 3" too short and the bolt patterns are vastly different as you can see. If I didn't have the OS Giken diff in the car currently, I'd probably try to swap in the s2k diff thats sitting on the floor although I'm not familiar with the msm carrier. Currently hoping to sell that though.

While I decide between the cost of making a new driveshaft vs. having that adapter machined I found time to finish the muffler and downpipe. I should be finishing the wastegate mounting this weekend and the intercooler mounting over the weekend.

It's finally ******* fits!!! I was able to make a quick fixture at home to place the wastegate flange and fit up at work. I'll have this all welded up tomorrow and I can move on to the intercooler mounting since that came in.

It was a pain in the *** to weld this and it warped just a little bit so a final adjustment after work today and the manifold will finally be complete. I will also be making some parts to mount the intercooler today.

It's been a while since my last post, but I'm back working on the car after stepping away to run my LeMon's/ChumpCar teams first race in April. Just made the beefiest LS coil mount you've ever seen to mount them under the dash. I also decided to redo all my MS wiring instead of splicing in the s2k **** so I bought new MS 10' harnesses. I recently scored a BOV for cheap and picked up and EBC solenoid. Trying to get this finished up here soon!

Just thought I'd give an update. I've had a bunch of issues reading in the cam and crank signals correctly with MS3x, but I think I finally figured it out after grinding some teeth off of the cam wheel. Intercooler pipes are done, they were super simple. The cadillac escalade radiator hose also came in clutch again for the upper hose. Just about ready to start it up. Also found some good stuff in the scrap bin for a front undertray/diffuser.
