Hey all,
The system has been updated with a more accurate percentage when uploading a video so it shouldn't hang on 99% as long.

Let me know if there are any other problems.

Just tried another video and got a failure.
.mp4 format and 1080p. Uploaded from a 5x.

The error text box cuts off so I can't tell what it all says.

Is uploading videos VIA the forum uploader just a thing of the past?

I know I can't be the only one who wants to upload cute 15 second videos of our kitties in the kitty thread.

 

good question. Did it ever work? I don't think we support video uploads anywhere else...

Yeah it worked great and the video would embed in the post.
That's what this whole thread is about.

 

so it seems like uploaded embeds died on the table, and further to that, all the old embeds are broken now but nobody told us until I started asking about this thread. I guess on the flip side we have made it as easy as possible to embed stuff from nearly every other site simply by pasting the URL directly into your post here. Not ideal, I get it but it's all I've got.
