Splitter Height

Ok, so its a lot like wemmon's, his seems to work ok with #3 because it doesnt make anywhere close to the downforce of a good CSP spoilder. You could always build #4 and just drill I bunch of 1" holes in the air dam to bleed pressure and plug them up until the aero is balanced. The top picture on miataroadster's homepage shows two very good csp spoilers, notice how they wrap around and how they seal to the car (this is important for downforce and not being protested because if air flows under the spoiler it becomes a wing and is illegal).
And they have the 2 splitter options. The car in the back has #4 and has a lot of holes drilled in the air dam to bleed pressure to even out the aero balance, the front car is closer to #6 and supposedly wants more front downforce.

ok. Its a hack job. i know. Ill try getting to sealed more like bill's. Its nice to know its easily tuned by bleeding air. If I seal up the space between the trunk lid and spoiler and end up with too much rear bias then i can keep it the way it is until i get the front one made.
I swear it makes the car more comfortable on the freeway as well.
Also the blue miata above is now running something close to style 6
