I bought a set of these back when I first bought my Miata and didn't like the pedal position for heel/toe. It's been years and I still like them.

They're aggressive as hell, and also not cheap.
They're nice because they really lock into your racing shoes. Once you put some pressure on the brake pedal there's no chance of slipping off even with wet shoes. I consider them a safety feature at this point, having used rubber covers during rain sessions. PSA: Always dry you soles off after getting in the car!
