Sorry for late response.
I forgot, until just yesterday aidan, that the grommets I used out of the HF assortment had an ID of like 0.720" or something. I used 0.750" diameter spacers on my car because its what I had laying around at the time. You and everyone else who got a kit, except leafy, has spacers with a diameter of 0.830" +0/-0.005". So those grommets will be a very tight fit, or may split. You may have to "drill them out" or find the next size up grommet.
When I first made these, I took it for granted that there would be an off the shelf, plentiful o-ring that will work. As it turns out, thick cross section small diameter o rings are hard to find and I have yet to find a suitable o ring seal.
But I did find these, which I think will work great and last a while

If you want to be all MacGyver, a small length of say 1/4" diameter rope, soaked in grease and just coiled up in the bore around the spacer would work great. Once its all assembled the control arm ears will keep it all in place.

Also, im getting some decent interest in these again. I think we might do another group buy. If I get a list going ill start making it happen after the new year. Ill nail down a price when I know how many are committed, but like last time it'll most likely be between $80-100 per kit.
