Have you tried threading them through the harness holes and then pulling them up?
If you're set on pull-up though, G-force makes them. IIRC I always saw a difference in FIA rating that turned me off of them, it could be that they just left off descriptors when it came to writing the specs for the pull-up, but it's worth looking in to before you make the switch.

G-Force does make pull-up harness with 3" webbing, but they weren't submitted to the FIA for 5-year cert. like the pull-down harnesses were (that should only matter to you if you're racing, most of the time) - they're 2 yr. SFI belts.
The action of pull-ups are attractive in theory but a pain in the *** in reality, because the adjusters on P/U belts usually fall between the seat and trans tunnel/rocker panel. They're more for use in open wheelers. Schroth Profi II's have adjusters closer to the camlock, but they're $$$.

That's good info cause that's where the concern is regarding length of adjustment side to side.

I only use pull up lap and sub belts because pull down are impossible to use in formula cars. With G-force you dont get the complete belt life and you also have the death trap g-force cam lock, I've had them fail to release (non-operator error we needed tools to get it undone) and also look like it was reset, but internally it didnt reset all the way or something and the straps clip in but dont stay in. Crow is a good cheap brand of harness, but if you can swing the money for them Schroth are amazing.
