Since I just did mine, and no thread seems to document weight, I thought it would be a good idea.

93 1.6l, turbocharger setup, still had ---- in the trunk/passenger footwell. This is without me in it (cross goes to 50.2% with me in it).

Wow, big differences(500 lbs) from a full scale NB and a stripped NA. If I can get mine under 2300 with me in it I'll be happy. Mine's a NA with no carpet(roll in bedliner) no gauges(Raceapak) Radio, door speakers, console, stripped wiring harness, custom engine bay harness(tucked) headlight motor delete, anythng unnecessary engine bay delete, no A/C and no PS carbon trunk(you'd be surprised how heave the stock trunk is. 10lb battery, V8R control arms, carbon driveshaft tein mono-flex. Any guess on where I'll be as far as weight? I cant think of anything else that will add/reduce weight. I'm about 165-170

Don't forget to include driver weight and fuel.

My `97 (not very) CSP car was 2380, 150lb driver and 3/4 tank of fuel.

Full interior, swapped to a `90 dash, no emissions, no AC, no PS, no radio/speakers, race seats/6 points, a roll bar, no soft top and a hard top.

Gutted interior, full doors/power windows, hardtop, half a tank of fuel, OEM jack and small stuff in trunk. Drivers seat/floor area ballasted with ~75kg of lead. Total weight is 1060kg, or ~2340lbs. More weight to come out, both of the car and me

This was after a whole day of taking our time setting ride height, alignment and corner weighing. Couldn't be happier for €150

A fun test to see what 20lbs of extra lead in the battery well could do for the balance.

Pretty good numbers (except the porky weight due to 3/4 tank).

Class change since then so it's down to 1060kg now (no pass seat and can run all the way down to dry tank).

F20C car, with no set up work, with 65kg/145lb driver and 3/4 tank of fuel. Fully trimmed interior. Lots of potential for improvement after corner weighting!

Figures in pounds:
Total 2361
LF 567.5 RF 629.5
LR 562 RR 602

Recently installed some new coilovers. Corner balance was done in my gravel drive, so while it isn't perfect it is probably as close as it could get with that setup. This is with me in it and a few gallons gas.

I've removed one or two things. This was a test weight, no balancing actually done yet. Yes this is in pounds.

1.6L motor/trans. 1993 chassis.

Edit: I guess I should elaborate. This is just about the minimum you can go and still be able to drive it without replacing parts for lighter weight versions. I think I can pull another 15-20 lbs out without trying too hard either.

Gutted, 1.6L drivetrain(motor,trans, diff),
lightweight 13x7" wheels,
front and rear bumper covers only.
headlight covers, but no lights or rear finish pane.
Partially gutted rear decklid(need another set of hood pins to remove the heavy hinges)
Hood latch assembly removed, stock hood otherwise.
rewired for MS1 and stock 1.6L alternator, lawn and garden battery($20) in stock location.
No windshield or frame.
Kirkey seat on stock NB slider. (no pass. seat.)
Partially gutted pass. door. Drives door still retains it's door bar and upper inner sill bar(heavy).

Note: No bar/cage (Yet)

I do believe he was referring to what you removed, implying that you have a very light weight for a car.

I would like to see pics of your car

I don't corner weight, but I do have the over all weight of me car.

Full interior w/ aluminum racing driver seat, passenger seat stock, full MiataCage and a half tank--2020 lbs

With a cage, that's pretty darn light(my previous 94 A package was 2250 bone stock since it was a stock class autocrosser). What else have you done with it?

My car isn't anything special, I've just been removing everything that doesn't make it stop, go or turn.

Is that with AC? How full was the gas tank? Assuming you weren't in the car? I'm interested to see what mine weighs. It seems like everytime I find something to remove, I've got 3 more things to add.
