Now that I think about it, ESpeed would be my recommendation as well. We've known them for years, and the cages are solid. Estus and Ess are good people.
If ESpeed can't,I think OPM does their own cages?
Since I made that other post I've heard grumblings about the other shop, so you can probably scratch that.
If you're desperate, we have done full Miata cages in the past, and they're good cages, but we did our own bending and cutting for our own cars and had outside talent come in for the actual welding. I'm sure we wouldn't be the cheapest because we're not set up to do it regularly. It's been a while since we caged one.

Took some crappy cell phone pics last night. This one was done by Mark Cooper right before he parted ways with PC. Enough room on the inside for me to remove my helmet.
