@maxpro In TunerStudio, go to Basic/Load Settings > Alternator Control, and set Control Mode to Off.

Sorry, but I don't have any pro-tips for this swap. It seems you've already answered in another thread that had alternator swap tips, so I won't have any further info than what you've already come across, and I was going to link you to that thread.
