Default My Delrin bushing install photos

Everyone please note that my first post is not a question. I uploaded some photos of my Delrin install in the rear lower outers and rear upper inners to:

https://halethorpephotography.smugmu...lrin-bushings/

I used a socket wrapped with sandpaper to size the inner bores. It went pretty well. Aw who am I kidding. It was slow going and I sanded my fingers and got a blister on my thumb. And when I thought I was done, the long bolt was binding up. But it finally came together and everything fits snugly and is free.

Now on to the fronts. I have the offset upper bushings and I guess I'm going poly for the lower inners front and rear. Although there is time before the first race to get sphericals in the lowers. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

There are some moderately affordable 7/8 drill bits on Amazon that work okay as low-budget hand reamers after pressing.

Or the 135-degree version.

That would definitely be easier. Does the drill bit give a perfect fit, free but no play?
