Default Inconel hardware tq

I was looking through the TSE instructions and was surprised to see the tq figures to 10-15 ft. lbs. I realize this hardware has proven to be flawless so far, has no one seen any problems with the 10-15 lbs? I'm assuming the lower tq ratings are good because of the stage 8 fasteners?

if they're not backing out or stretching, there's no need to torque the daylights out of them.

Seems pretty low to me but I am sure Andrew did his homework and took component expansion into consideration before arriving at a spec. You'd be wise to just follow the instructions knowing he did all the research/testing for you.
