Something not mentioned yet... check your front sway bar for binding. The Racing Beat bars come with bushings that way are too tight and will cause the bar to bind and dramatically raise the roll stiffness of the bar. Put the front on ramps so you can get under it. Remove both end links and try to move the front sway bar through its normal range of motion. If you cannot move the bar with 1 or 2 fingers, you have sway bar bind. You can correct it by adding washers between the mounts and the car, or by actually shaving down the bushings.

Positive toe is toe in. Negative toe is toe out. So you have .05 per side toe in on the rear, and zero front.

Correct order is ride height, corner weight, then align, but I wouldn't expect poor corner weight numbers to generate bad under steer.

How are the tires? Age, heat cycles, etc?

Something's definitely off if you can drive the car at full stiff rear. Seems extreme. Should be over steering a lot. Sure you're not just plowing too fast into corners?
