Anyone running this Track Dog Radical NA splitter
#22
Small update. This splitter creates quite the high pressure area above it. It *should* do this, but I haven't actually had my magnehelic gauge out to test it. A few hundred miles of mountain drives tested it just fine.
I've never experienced this sort of bug carnage. It was horrific. I cleaned grasshopper guts out of my intercooler twice and there was still more to fish out when I got home. And never mind my lower lip's new yellow paint.
My two companions, both NAs with the R-package lip, did not have this problem. There were bug guts, but nothing like this. Maybe 20% as much.
This splitter really doesn't belong in the track forum, but it's nice to see visual evidence of it doing something right. My old homemade protective splitter never did anything quite like this.
