Video: Acceleration run at 5psi
Hello All,
I'm sure many of you saw my intro and build-up thread. I've been pretty dang busy lately, but have been driving the wheels off of this little car and loving every minute.
Here's a short video I put together this morning. It doesn't seem to be moving to bad for a baseline.

Thanks for checking it out everyone! I appreciate the kind words also.
zoom2zoom: The car has a factory LSD, but it'll need a rear end upgrade sometime in the near future.
levnubhin: That's not a typo, I just haven't had time to setup a miata subdomain on that site yet.
cjernigan: I'm in east TN. Drop me a PM if you're in that area.

So I bought a Sony hard drive camcorder for baby, car, fun stuff etc (insert imagination here). I made a mount for my NB that is on the windblocker (will add pict later), the windblocker itself is permanently in the up position (the blocker rests against the hard dog bar, so it's pretty tight - little vibration). The camcorder mount is in the middle of the windblocker, when I put the hd camcorder on and drove a bit, the vibration of the car made the camcorder shut off .... lame (shoulda bought a tape camcorder). There is an option to disable the anti-drop feature of the camcorder which would probably make it not turn off but if you do this and drop it (per manual) this may totally munge the hd and you have to send it to Sony for repair ? Anyone had any experience with hard disk camcorders mounted ? (I was going to buy an I/O port mount but if the carmera has probs witht he mount I made I'm not sure it will like the hard hits that xfer through the roll bar (gonna borrow my friends mount and test it).

Thanks again everyone!
As for my camera mount, I actually re-used the one I made for my Talon. I bolted it onto one of the metal "shelf" 10mm bolt holes.
To make it I got a piece of conduit from Home Depot, and used the top portion from an old tripod I had. Lastly I welded a small tab on the bottom for it to bolt to the car. It works great because you have all of the adjustment and stability of a tripod.
Here's a pic of it in my Talon:
Here's a video of my Talon that I made with it.
