No way, ebay sellers do that sometimes. I went to look for a GV lip the other day, and there were a couple listed for $400, obviously knockoffs. I think they are just trying to catch someone who doesnt know whats going on.

I am really going for a turbo in my miata but I am not sure of what turbo can I put in ... I have in hand a t25 garrett turbo from an sr20det from my silvia , and the other i can see is the td05 ... I really don't know much about turbo so if some one could help me with the choice of my turbo, manifold and other stuff i need would be awsome!
I know some guys will hate me but I want the cheapest $$ setup , so ebay parts doesn't scare me xD. If you have any parts to sell that i would need , I am interessed !

A few helpful pieces of advice:
1: Build threads which start with "I already have this random turbo on hand, and would like to build a whole system around it" often (but not always) end in tears.
2: So long as it fits under the hood, it's possible to install damn near any turbo onto damn near any engine. Installing certain turbos onto certain engines is far easier than others, since hardware (manifolds, downpipes, etc) are commonly available to fit them.
3: eBay isn't a product manufacturer, it's a flea market. There's no such thing as "an eBay part."
4: Most turbo manifolds sold by vendors on eBay are complete dogshit and will fail very rapidly. For that matter, most turbo manifolds sold by non-eBay vendors are also complete dogshit, often made by the same orphans in the same sweatshop in Laos as the eBay-sourced ones. This applies mostly to the shiny tubular manifolds like the one you bought- the cast-iron taco manifolds do actually seem to last, so it's mostly a question of whether you want to go that route and fabricate a downpipe and intake plumbing from scratch vs. buying a manifold and downpipe from Bell or FM.
5: Cheapskates often pay more in the long run. Building a bad turbo system twice is more expensive than building a good one once. (Does not apply to LeMons.)
6: The mechanical parts of a well-engineered turbo system (manifold, turbo, exhaust) cost less than the electrical parts and supporting hardware. So while you can cheap out a tad on the stuff made out of iron and steel, it's not going to affect the overall cost of the system as much as you might initially think.
7: So that I don't sound too dour, here's a cat eating a slice of pizza:
