Oil filter sandwich plate: what thread size?

Here's what I'm looking at for my 93 1.6 and I don't know what thread size to get.

Here's another question. I have been reading that the 1.6 plate should be moved out farther to clear the manifold brace AND the block. I bought the car without the brace, but I'm trying to think what would be the problem with clearing the block? Is it a hose issue where the fittings won't clear?
Would I be better getting the FM plate?
Thanks for the help!

Yup. The FM piece is that same Mocal part, however for the 1.6s FM includes a very nicely machined spacer to move the plate away from the block, along with a longer threaded pipe to accommodate for the spacers length.
Incidentally, RPW has the description wrong. Those ports are not 1/2 NPT, they are 1/2 BSP. Very close, but not the same. You can purchase BSP fittings from Pegasus. I replaced the -8AN ones that FM supplied with -10AN.
