I have a 91 with the 1.6 running a MS3PNP and have a built BP4W that I would like to install with a turbo kit. Unfortunately I live in a small town and their only 3 of us in our local Miata club so not much info. The plan is to build it without any flash and make look as stock as possible. I'm currently running a very clean map with the MS3 with a Magnaflow cat and it passes smog by means of don't ask don't tell. My question for the swap is what kit and parts to order. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone not inclined to post info on an open forum please PM me.

Check out my build thread, it's a bp4w in an NA ('90) chassis. You can keep the CAS if you want to keep it simple, though you have to extend the CAS wires to run it on the bp4w. Then you need a bunch of little things, throttle cable bracket, EGR blockoff stuff. You don't need to run the NA throttle body, the NB throttle body works fine since you have a MS. I think the bp4w has a VTPS, but I might have had to add one. I can't remember anymore.

No turbo parts. Budget is $4k. My 1.6 has a FM conversion to the BMW TPS. I prefer to run the the BP TPS/TB. I may opt for a NA8 valve cover and use the 1.6 CAS to make it look more like the 1.6.
