Wrong folder, man. Head over to the "E-Managed Miatas" area: https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=10

yeah the black box comes with NON-US kits, US kits come the with the blue vortech FMU for fuel.
the Emanage Blue ECU is an aftermarker piggyback, not available with any kits, but sold seperatly.
why do you ask?

Although a few vendors (such as Mohd) sometimes bundle the turbo and the eManage together, Greddy has never made them part of the same kit.
The stock Greddy turbo package comes with a fuel pressure regulator and instructions to dial back the static timing on your CAS. This kit is CARB-approved. The pressure regulator that has been shipping recently is made by Vortech and is blue in color. Perhaps this is what they meant? Here is a picture of the exact FPR that comes with the base Greddy turbo: http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/...p=31&cat_key=5
The eManage (Blue, Gold, and Ultimate) are piggyback controllers that go between the stock ECU and the vehicle's wiring and alter the fuel and ignition signals. These are *not* CARB-certified. (As far as I know, no piggyback ECU has ever been granted an Exemption Order by the ARB.)
Edit: There are apparently a few EO's for piggyback-style controllers that apply to American cars and trucks.

Talk to the guy that posts on this thread.....maybe the guy thought you had an rx7 or something. I believe they came with the emanage.
the stock kit instructions are in the FAQ on the bottom of the main page....you can see the complete parts list for yourself.

Well...I was being really nice and patient with them....and they still talk to me like im dumb.....like the kit did come with the emanage....well i for the second time said its the miata 1.6l kit, he says, then you need the vortech fpr. then is aid I DO! . Then he says well..take a picture of that and send us the original receipt, then I asked if there was any other way for the carb sticker, and he said...No. Then I said politely, Ok, thank you sir, have a nice day , then he just hung up...Im very disappointed...I thought they were better then taht from past threads...
