Default Intake relocation

I want to locate my airfilter to behind the driver's side headlamp barn door. Unfortunately, my car is at my dad's so I can't take any measurements. If you've done this already, please share what parts you used.

Here's what Newbsauce did, this would work for me

No, I got it for free, so I'll give it away for free. That's a topic for a different thread.

I used a hks airfilter, 1 90degree silicon bend, 1 45 degree metal bend.

The silicon bend is on the intake off the turbo, the 45 degree is between the silicon and the airfolter.

The turbo is clocked downwords...

You can also put the airfilter directly on the turbo, youll need to move the ic piping.

Thanks, I understand the concept just fine, but I need some dimensions. I don't have access to my car right now. I left it in a family member's garage as it's not currently drivable (no ECU).

Perhaps it's a foolish enterprise, but I was hoping to go ahead and order the necessary tubes, couplers, clamps, and filter.

What size is the intake of the turbo? 2.5"?

Its closer to 2 inch (sorry greddy set is not here...only have the hks setup 2 home that works great...) Position is simular, but as the greddy turbo sits a bit more to the firewall youll have more space in front then me to place the airfilter.

The hks manifold on a 1.8, gt2560r turbo

What i used: 2 inch silicon 90 degree bend , and 1 90 degree steel(cut in 2)
A HKS filter (used one of a MR2 turbo, but it's very large...take a smaller one!!)
