I need pics of the intercooler mounted...hopefully with enough room to get air around the intercooler and into the radiator. I am trying to draw some **** up for my impending disaster.

The last couple of weeks here have been in the mid 90s. In that time I did 22 passes at the track, 12 pulls on the dyno, and a TON of backroad runs at 12 psi. Never overheated.
From nose back I have the intercooler shrouded with aluminum, a 22 row oil cooler on top, A/C condenser, Koyo 55mm radiator with Lexan shroud and two ebay 12in slim fans. Below all that I have a solid sheet of lexan running from the chin spoiler running back to the subframe. I ditched the airscooper because the car is entirely too low.
Airflow is the killer with this setup. It'll get to 220 then cycle the fans until it gets back to 190. However, I wired the fans in parallel and threw them on a switch. When I'm going to beat on the car I leave the fans on and see 185, rock steady.

I think that if the fans are coming on when on the highway and the dragstrip, I'd be fucked on a road course. I wanted to get the 12" ebay fans and run them with no shroud, but now I think that's not an option...and I'm not going to make it to the track in late september.
