I got the flow force 640cc injectors installed and the car running. Definitely need more tuning. My idle and afrs are jacked up. Started out super lean and now too rich my afr at idle is around 13.2 and while driving i noticed it go.down to 10.4 at wot. I'm also confused about the whole injector dead time settings. I only see the one thing to change and mine is currently at 1. Everything else is just graphs

A couple of things I remember. Bend the heater hard line until it just about touches the dip stick. I took mine out and used the garage door track as a brace to bend from. Now you can get a socket on the back bolt. Tighten the crap out of the turbo to manifold. Once installed you can't get to them. Don't over tighten the turbo when clocking it. These bolts will strip if cranked on. Best to loosely fit manifold, then pull it to clock turbo. Easier to get to bolts. When installing down pipe, push it as far towards the transmission as you can. This will prevent it from hitting the body. These are things I found on my NB2, your car may be different.

fitted the manifold to turbo and put the wastegate on. Had to grind part of.the bracket to make it fit. How tight are you supposed to have the wastegate arm? I think I have the turbo clocked pretty close to how it should be.
Any tips or tricks for the oil feed tee? Or is it pretty straight forward?

If you go try to put the manifold and turbo in the engine bay. You will find that the v-band outlet is pointed towards the radiator and inlet of the turbo is pointed towards the rear of the car with how you have it mounted. It does looked clocked correctly.

That’s probably as close as you can get on the bench. I had to get final fitment on the engine, mark the clocking and then go back to the bench with just the turbo to tighten the bolts. My compressor outlet is just about vertical. That required bending the wastegate actuator bracket. That bracket is super stout so get out your big hammer and vice for that!
I've seen pictures of other MK installs with other clocking but that was not going to work for the tubes I got with the kit. If you Google MK turbo Miata installation you will see a few.

Did the scary drilling and tapping of the oil pan today. Very nice of Lars to include a cap with the kit. I had already removed my AC and I moved the lower power steering line out of the way so I could hold the drill straighter. As you can see in the video, I'm a little concerned about the fitting being angled down slightly. When I was tapping the hole it looked straight, but as I got up I noticed it seems to be slightly angled downward.

Looking good! I just completed my MKturbo install on my 1.6 and have got to the tuning stage (i.e. pulling it into the drive way and playing with idle, cold starts and warm starts).
One issue i had with doing the scary drill hole in pan task, was not going low enough on the pan that when i put the AC bracket back on the block it interfered with the outlet. Nothing a grinder couldn't help resolve but still a pain to deal with.
