I have a longer 2nd gear, longer rear-end ratios, less power, and wider tires, and I can spin 2nd gear on the street. Forgive me for being a little skeptical that your setup could hook it on the street as well.

Factory Alignment
4.3 R&P w/ OPEN Differential
6 Speed Tranny
Stock Suspension (not stiffened for cornering)
about 28-30psi in tires
Flooring it from a cruise at 3k in 2nd gear and running it to redline did not result in any wheel spin. Keep in mind, while my car was running it was summer and I live close to the Gulf.
The setup I have now is listed in my thread

I have one, but no scanner to put it on the computer. I will get in file form when I get the car dynoed again with the new set-up (hopefully Friday, fingers crossed).

I have a 1.6, gt2554, 4.1, 5 speed, falken azenis, 1.75* -camber and 1/16 toe in on the back and I have never had tractions issues on the back in second up till 10psi. In first, I get some spin in 1st while accelerating and it hurt my 60' times when it took it to the strip. I am currently in the planning stages rebuilding the differential with a 3.9 to help with this.

IDK guys if it is abit cold my **** just breacks loose if i start into a gental corner at a moderate speed and mash the throttle i find myself looking backwards if i want to. my car spins the **** out of itself at 11-12psi wG pressure esp if i am criusing just under the 4 psi rpm mark. Straight line i usualy keep pretty good traction with my 225's unless i am going up a hill or i was criusing at say 20 or so mph. FWIW i can downshift at 60 and burn the **** out of them in 4th if i wanna. I just have to dump the clutch a little XD PP and a unsprung clutch FTW Also i have since given up on launching the car at anything more than 3300 or so rpm on the street as wheel hop pwns me.

Magna, cornering adds a completely new dynamic to the whole thing. If im in 3rd gear and 4krpm theres no way i could spin on a dry straight, but add even a mild corner and ill be drifting. It took me awhile to get used to autocrossing with my miata because often I would be in second and any more than light throttle will shift the back around a bit.
straights, pretty much can always spin em in first anytime.

With the tires that came on the car (we'll just call these the 'fun tires'), 185/60/14 no-namers, it's all wheelspin all the way into third gear. Thankfully the car is pretty predictable and controllable when it's half sideways at speed .
With the Azeni RT615's in 205/50/15 first gear is still a total smokeshow, even if I start out slow I have to modulate the thottle when boost comes on or it will rip them loose. Second holds much better but they still spin a bit. It's not going sideways though....
This is with 3.90 torsen, if I still had the 4.30 viscous it would be a complete joke, and even a 4.10 torsen would surely be worse. Looks like I just need to modulate that loud pedal in first gear at least. Problem is that's hard to do when you can't hear the tires slipping, and Azenis slip pretty quietly, not a problem normally, is though with the top down and the car next to you screaming .
