You have two common problems, both from not reading the directions or searching on this forum.
1. You do not have a variable TPS on your '93. Until you upgrade to an automatic, BMW, etc. unit, you have to keep it unplugged and use MAP based tuning, which really does work great.
2. You did not unplug the ST fuse like the directions clearly state, and you blew the circuit for the fuel pump. You'll need to buy and solder in a replacement resistor to fix it, or keep it jumpered, which is super annoying.

Bump.
Car is a 90 with MSPNP9093 (I'm the second owner of MS)- ST Fuse is disconnected and was before install.
I'm having similar issues. I have the Wells TPS201. It reads like 128 no matter what it was at. If the two grounds on the head are on, the fuel pump will not go on, if they are disconnected it stays on. Also, if the grounds are off the MS turns on with ignition off, it you turn the ignition on the MS turns off- opposite when grounds are on. To add to it, the MS will not read my GM IAT, coolant temp (even though its on my cluster) and TPS. On top of that, with my ignition on my oil gauge reads pressure, turn the car on and it reads zero when it actually does have oil pressure. I cleaned the main ground strap on the back of the head and even added another ground to the block, still the same outcome. Any input would be great as I'm scratching my head here. Thanks!
Sorry for thread jacking! lol
