CrankingPW,Accel enrichment+fuel pressure
Hi,
Stupid questions but I really want to do this right
I swapped my 1.6l injectors (230cc) to 305cc. I also swapped Vortech FPR to Fuelab AFPR. Questions:
- MSPNP manual says that I need to change at least Req_fuel, accel enrichment and cranking pw settings. Req_fuel and Cranking pw are easy to do with calculator but what do I need to do with accel enrichment:
-Which is better, tps or map based, I don't have AFM anymore.
-Do i just need to change Value on tps-based, not Rate ? :O
If i rise the base fuel pressure 3bar (~43psi), to 4 bar (~58psi) It of course change the results. Is it this way :
3 bar = 305cc
4 bar = 352cc (+15,5%)
So I need to do accel enrichment and cranking pw settings according to that 352cc ?

So with my newb math it should go this way:
REQ_FUEL
352cc (305cc with 4 bar pressure) vs 230 = 53% larger
if REQ_FUEL = 13.2
then new REQ_FUEL = 6.2 (53% less)
Cranking
New Cranking PW = (Old PW - 1) / % change + 1
example:
40*C = 8.3
(8.3 - 1) / 1.53 + 1 = 5.8
rinse and repeat.
Enrichments:
should stay close, going to have to tweak as you go.
Confirm this and I'll be happy
