00 MS3Pro PNP IGN-1A Coils First Start
As the title says I'm close to starting my car with it's new ECU for the first time. I have been reading a lot and I have completed HP Academy's EFI Tuning course (includes a MS3 PNP "worked example"). That said I am still very new to this platform as well as tuning. The car will go to a tuner next weekend for some dyno tuning and I would like to fire it up and set the base timing. I mostly want to know that I wont be paying a dyno and tuner to watch me troubleshoot my car.
Any help or advise is appreciated.

MS3Pro PNP (latest firmware)
Downloaded base tune and loaded to MS3
GM IAT (wired to Pin E on rear connector - didnt know i could use stock temp sensor harness until today)
MAF still connected (reading mixed reviews on keep v delete)
AEM UEGO (30-4100) 4.2 sensor
IGN-1A coils wired for sequential ignition
36-2 Trigger wheel
EGR Delete
BRP R1 MP62
Tested / Configured
Coolant Temp Sensor - set to RX 7 sensor
GM IAT sensor
The UNKNOWNS
Ignition
I have set the base settings for the IGN-1A with the info from DIY's web page. Not sure if there is info on what works best for these coils
I have also set the ignition to sequential. Not sure if fuel gets set with this or somewhere else (squirts per cycle?)
Spark duration i changed to 2.9ms - on DIY page for coils - seems long ish
I am running cooler plugs but wasnt sure of the gap for such strong coils. They were pre-gapped to .032
(20 lbs of boost max - previous setup)
Fuel
Do i need to and how do i set injector dead time?
Again how do i set this to sequential?
With the older sensor for AFR is there any thing i should change other than the AEM 41XX settings?
Any help or advise is appreciated.

- There is a few degree delta between these sensors, but both are showing on SW gauges
- The timing light blinks for each cylinder on the correct input
- The injectors pulse on the correct inputs
- The pump comes on and builds pressure
- When cranking the car (ignition and fuel disconnected) the software gauges register
- Set to the correct wheel in the settings - unsure of a test for this
- Loaded

Just an update - Went to the tuner and spent a bit of time getting things sorted. The good news was i had everything wired correctly- there were some issues with the timing settings he sorted. But now im tuned and making 237 HP and 209 torque. There may be more on the table with some more tweaking, but I'm going to leave it where it is. Plenty to kill some cones. : )
