Will trade Bridgeport mill for miata parts/ fabrication work Chicago
Well my fabricator that was helping me make engine mounts for my festiva is losing his shop. He owed me some money and we worked out a deal where i would take his mill in exchange for what was owed. So as much as i would like to keep this i need to get some fabrication work done, so im going to see if i can either sell this, or will trade for fabrication labor. This is a 230 3 phase multispeed mill. This machine has been well taken care of, there is no slop in the the table. The head fully rotates. It has a 1hp motor, its in good working condition, was removed from my friends shop today. Anything you can imagine you can make with this machine, you can even buy kits to convert it to CNC if desired. If you know anything about machining you know Bridgeport is what you want! You can fully upgrade this. Yes its older but any modern shop you go to has a Bridgeport its the standard in machining. I can sell it a couple of ways the mill by it self for $1100.00 or package deal.
I also have a precision vise $200
17 collets ranging in various sized ( i will get the sizes tomorrow.) $175
5 cutters $100
Clamping set complete $100
I will sell as a package for $1400 obo or trade for fabrication work.
The previous owner has a converter box to convert from 3 phase to single phase 220v. I will try and get it tomorrow. I will get more information as far as age a model number as well.
TOOL BOX NOT INCLUDED!!!
One problem, this is on my buddy's trailer, we have no way of getting it off unless we get a forklift or a couple engine hoist's. So loading is on the owner. Its located in the Chicago Burbs. Sorry no shipping!
I will also trade for AEM EMS, boundary oil pump, FM wiesco pistong low comp 1.8, built 99 head, cams. ect. i also need some engine mounts fabricated so i will trade for labor as well.

I am fluent in Bridgeport. Unfortunately, I also live in an apartment. It's times like these that make me wish I had a house. GL with getting your deal sorted out. Someone will ****** this up quick, I would imagine.

I just got the converter box so its 100% turn key for residential useage! this is a great opportunity for someone, If i cant sell it by the end of the week im going to figure out a way to keep it.This is a great business opportunity if someone wants to start there own business. Ive checked ebay and there are no units that are as complete as this one is.

Im an apprentice tool and die builder (about four months to go and ill have my journey mens card) and thus very familiar with milling operations. Id be happy to take that mill off your hands in exchange for machining services. I am located in Mukwonago, wi about and hour and forty minutes from you. If thats not too far maybe we can work something out.
