Ultrashield Pro Road Race Seat - Black 15" (2009 Version) - Almost New
I bought this last fall and drove the car less than a dozen times with the seat installed before parting the car out. Aside from four holes used for mounting, the seat is like new. Absolutely no wear on the cover. I'm 6'2 with a 32" waist - I had more than enough leg room and PLENTY of head room caged with this mounted on the floor.
2010 Version for reference
Retail is $370 + shipping, so $300 shipped to the lower 48 on this one. If I can't get that I'll just keep it for a game chair so price is firm!

I know it's a race seat, so it's probably not too comfortable. But how bad/good is it? How would a two hour drive to the track feel? What do you have in your other car, and how does it compare?
last Q, I thought I had read that Ultrashield made a attachable halo, but I can't find it on their website. Am I recollecting incorrectly?

Yes ultrashield makes an attachable "halo" in
left and right. It's not as secured as the halo seat version but those start around $750. A few of our drivers run the add on restraints.
My other car has BMW "comfort" seats so that's really a bad example lol. I have driven to the track 2hrs away a couple times in this seat with no problem. Cross country would be uncomfortable I would imagine, I would say comfortable driving up to 4 hours.
Pardon spelling replying from my phone.

Sorry guys sold earlier today haven't had a chance to hop on a real computer!
For future reference and to answer your question from earlier today, I personally would suggest a 16" for you. The 15" has less than an inch of play on both sides of my waist. Most guys bigger than 32" run a 16". You could fit in a 15" no problem but it would be on the tighter side, which you may want. I would compare it to me fitting into a 14": I fit, and its sure snug, but also a PITA to get out of and just on the uncomfortable side for me.
