SR20 sidemount 1.6 artech turbo setup
I'm selling this while I build my forged 1.8.
Included will be an Artech log manifold, with a new 1/2" flange welded on, drilled and tapped for TSE inconel studs, with a curly rebuilt SR20 turbo, and a separated gas 3" downpipe, with 3" test pipe as well. I'll also include the home made turbo crane, I'm not sure how much it helps, but any little bit counts. It also shields the dip stick from the turbo heat. It'll come with the SS oil feed line, adapter to thread it into the block, and SS 10-AN drain. I'm not sure yet if I'll include the heat shield, but it probably won't fit with my new turbo set, so if you want it, it's yours. Also included are 2 push-loc fittings for the water lines, and both flanges for the inlet and outlet of the compressor housing.
I'm fairly certain this setup is P/S and AC compatible, but most likely not with the clocking orientation that I used, and I make no guarantee otherwise.
Wastegate is a 8psi can, with a little creep to 10psi by red line, no porting has been done to the turbine housing.
This setup made 185hp on a tired 1.6 at 12psi, I'm currently running at 14 psi with EBC because racecar.
issues with the setup:
In order for the 45* elbow in the drain to be clocked properly, it's not tight enough, so it seeps some. Either eliminate this NPT-AN elbow by buying a 45* AN fitting, or find your own solution. Here you can see the 45* elbow, and the stock SR20 compressor outlet.
More pictures later, but here's the setup today, right before I pulled it:
And when it was new:
More pics, in various stages, can be found here, starting at post #109.

I'd like $1000+shipping for this setup.
